By purchasing or using BloomYear365 products you agree to these terms.
Products
BloomYear365 sells digital, printable PDF products. Nothing physical is shipped.
License
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to download and print the files for your own personal use, as many times as you like. You may not share, resell, redistribute, upload, or use the files or artwork for commercial purposes, including printing them for sale.
Delivery
Download links are emailed immediately after checkout. If you don't receive them within 10 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact bloomyear365@gmail.com.
All sales final
Because products are delivered instantly in digital form, all sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges. If a file is damaged or won't download, we'll fix or resend it.
Intellectual property
All artwork, text and designs belong to BloomYear365 and are protected by copyright.
Not medical advice
Bloom Year is a self-care and self-reflection tool. It is not medical, psychological or mental health treatment and is not a substitute for professional care.
Limitation of liability
Products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, BloomYear365's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which BloomYear365 is based.
