Because all BloomYear365 products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. If your file is damaged, won't open, or your download link doesn't work, email bloomyear365@gmail.com with your order number and we'll fix it or resend it as quickly as we can, usually within 48 hours.
